Reports
ADSelfService Plus comes built-in with several reports all of which are placed under the Reports tab. These reports provide important information on the domain users' user accounts and passwords, self-service actions, identity verification, enrollment, and much more.
These reports are classified into the five categories listed below:
- Active Directory Reports
- Password Self-Service Reports
- MFA Reports
- GINA/macOS/Linux Agent Installation Reports
- Other Reports
Active Directory Reports
Active Directory Reports offer details on the expiration of passwords and the locking of accounts for users within an organization's AD domain. By utilizing these reports, proactive measures can be taken to prevent a high volume of help desk inquiries regarding AD account lockouts and password expirations. Click here to know more.

Password Self-Service Reports make auditing easier by offering detailed information on the self-service actions performed by users during a specific timeframe. Click here to know more.
MFA Reports
The reports available in MFA Reports offer details on users' enrollment and utilization of MFA on different endpoints. These reports also allow for actions such as disenrollment and removal of saved MFA trusts. Click here to know more.

The GINA/macOS/Linux agent installation reports provide detailed information regarding the installation of the login agent on Windows, macOS, or Linux machines. Click here to know more.
Other Reports
Within the Other Reports section, you'll find a range of reports, such as a report auditing users' MFA attempts, another offering the list of licensed users with a provision to remove their licenses, one for monitoring the delivery of user notifications, another for registered push devices, a report on application access audits, and finally, a report on the application accounts created using JIT provisioning. ADSelfService Plus also includes options such as:
- Schedule Reports: This is used to schedule reports at regular intervals and automatically email them to administrators, technicians, or managers.
- Search: This is used to search for specific entries in a report using the user account's attribute values.
- Export and more: This option is used to export, email, or view a printable version of the reports.
