Advanced Policy Configuration

To configure advanced features in a self-service policy

1. Go to Configuration tab > Self-Service.
2. In the list of Available Policies at the bottom of the webpage, navigate to the self-service policy that requires additional configuration, and click the Advanced Policy Configuration  icon.

   

3. On clicking the Advanced Policy Configuration icon, a window opens with the following advanced features:
   
   
   • Block User
   • Reset & Unlock
   • Password Sync Settings
   • Notification
   • Automation
   • General
